Deleting your Macera Adası account

From inside the Game (recommended)

Open the Game and tap My Account on the home screen.
Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
If you linked an e-mail address, type your password; otherwise type DELETE, then tap Delete for good.

Your account is deleted right away.

If you can't open the Game

Send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion request” to [email protected]. So we can find the account, include one of these:

the e-mail address linked to the account (you must write from that address), or
your friend code (shown on the My Account page) and your hero's name.

After verifying the request we delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Account information (device key, linked e-mail address, password and Google account ID),
your hero, level, gold, unlocked heroes and quest progress,
your friends list, friend requests and blocks,
your notification token and sessions.

What stays for a while

Technical records in server logs (IP address, error reports) are kept for at most 30 days for security, then deleted automatically. A deleted account can't be restored.
